For the companies wishing to come out for IPO and FPO, we do have a panel of Merchant Bankers. Normally any promotor who wishes to come out for IPO or FPO would be very much worried he would have to block huge funds with uncertainity. Where as when we appoint the Merchant Banker of our panel he would guarantee you minimum of 10 to 25% of IPO size would be brought in as private equity immediately after getting the observations from SEBI for the red herring propectus.
All the other expenses like advertisement and printing and stationary etc., would be at the rear end that is after the completion of IPO only.
So the promotor need not worry in any aspect.
