Mr.Venkatesan, at the age of 25, started SRI SARASWATHY HARMONIUM WORKS, which manufactures harmonium and Sruti box. The company started supplying harmonium and Sruti box to Tanjore Music Society and to some shops in Chennai.
In 1992, we started a readymade showroom, SRI SARASWATHY MUSICALS, that supplies all kinds of musical Instruments and also caters to customers in USA, Canada, South Africa, Srilanka and Malaysia.
In the year 2000, we received Export and Import License, which was benefitial to the customers to purchase Musical Instruments hassel free.
We have supplied musical instruments to all the Government schools in Pondicherry. Mr. Sridhar and Mr. Ravi, Sons of Mr. Venkatesan look after the Manufacturing and Service centre and the show room respectively.
In June 2002 the website, www.saraswathymusicals.com was launched. It gives all the information about the instruments that would be beneficial for the domestic and International customers.
We pray God for the company to grow further and request the customers to extend their full cooperation
In October 2004, our new showroom has been opened in T.Nagar, Chennai with all types of musical instruments with an addition of musical books and CDs, .
