Adarsh Ship Management Pvt Ltd is incorporated in 1990 as a crewing and seafarer’s service organization with an in-house Maritime Training Institute. In 2003, ASM got ISO 9001:2000 certification through Lloyd’s Register of quality Assurance.
Soon, ASM grew to be full service ship Manning Services organization. On July 18th ,2006 ASM received its’ License from D G Shipping, Ministry of Transports , Government of India to operate as a full service Recruitment and Placement Agency.
ASM has now established itself as an International Ship Manning Agency, capable of undertaking Manning services for any type of vessel and in any part of the world. The present team consists of senior Master Mariners and Management Personnel.
Currently, ASM is one of the few Integrated Ship Manning Services organizations with crew based training and operation on a global basis with representative offices in Dubai, Greece and Cyprus.
ASM contains Seamen of all cadre from cadets to Captain, Junior Engineer to Chief Engineer, fitters, welders, catering staff in our database. ASM always endeavor to provide with the best services under the International conventions and standards.
