Besides being reputed Builders and Developers, we also offer Architectural Services and Interior Decoration Services. We are also a competent Vastu Consultant and Property Loan Consultant. Our founder and Chairman Mr. A. Chandrasekar, who possesses vast experience in the field of construction and flat promotion, is the honorable secretary of the Singara Chennai Builders Association. He believes that Team work is the road to success and has developed an expert team comprising of renowned architects, well trained technicians, skilled laborers and other staff dedicated to serving customers with complete passion and efficiency. Another personality who has a considerable contribution in the companys growth and success is the company CEO, Mr. C. Rajendran. The company has profited a great deal by his foresight and shrewd business sense. The company has so far completed nearly 60 projects in Chennai, especially in West Mambalam, T.Nagar, Kodambakkam, Saligramam, Virugambakkam, KK Nagar (West) with more than 2,00,000 Sq.ft. of constructed area. There is also our proposed project at S.Kolathur where construction is planned on an area of more than 1.5 lacs Sq.ft.
