Description New-Tech India products has been started in the year 2000 as a tiny industry contains the area of 100 square feet at ambattur industrial estate,Chennai-58 by providing the facility for manufacturing pressed metal components. We have got good tool making knowledge and simplifying operations in the view of reduce the component rates.These are all possible only by adopting new ideas and technologies. We have expanded our organization in the year 2003 and moved to sidco industrial estate Chennai-98. Subsequently we developed our facility to manufacture cold heading parts and machined parts to existing and new various customers. Our prestigious customers are RANE TRW Steering Systems Limited, Fenner India Ltd, Turbo Energy Ltd, SRM Technologies, Inzi Controls India Ltd and some other Tier- I suppliers. We have been certified ISO 9001-2000 by BVQI in the year 2004 and sustaining till 2015. In the year 2015 we have upgraded our QMS to TS-16949 by BSI India. We have in house facilities which includes in-house Tool room to manufacture machined parts as well as to manufacture press tools for the pressed components .We have experienced and competent person in all the areas to supply quality products to customer . Our efforts always focussing to match with quality standard expected by customer in all aspects. We have the inhouse facility like powerpresses,hydraulic presses knumatic presses with coil de-coiler and feeder ranging from 10 tons to 300 tons.Also compained with fly presses, pitch control tapping machine, gang drillingmachine, surface grinding, drilling and milling machine etc., to meet the customer requirements along with the necessary quality inspection equipments.Our Working area includes 5000 sq. feet building in ground floor alongwith sufficient office in first floor.
